I’m Naomi, a fully accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist with extensive experience working in the NHS and the charity sector. I offer individual psychotherapy for adults from my consulting rooms in Hampstead (NW3) and West Hampstead (NW6).

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, or simply a sense that life has become overwhelming or that something does not feel quite right.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy offers an opportunity to explore how past experiences, relationships and emotions continue to shape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us. By developing a deeper understanding of these influences, we can begin to recognise patterns, discover new perspectives and create the possibility for meaningful change.

Every person’s experience is unique. Whether you are seeking support with a current difficulty or wish to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, our work together will be guided by what has brought you to therapy. My role is to think with you about whatever is on your mind, creating space to explore your experiences with curiosity and care.
